Overview

The purpose of this conference is to bring together scientists working in various areas of applied mathematics, analysis, operator theory, mathematical physics, and differential equations, with an emphasis on the following fields of research:

• General operators and spectral theory
• Structured operators and matrices
• Indefinite inner product spaces
• ODEs and Sturm-Liouville theory
• Elliptic PDEs including Schrödinger and divergence-type operators
• Evolution equations, semigroups, control theory
• Uncertainty quantification
• Matrix analysis
• Numerical methods related to any of the above

This series of conferences is named after Professor Branko Najman who contributed in his research to many of the fields listed above.

The conference is organised by CRO-MATH-IN, the Croatian association for applied and industrial mathematics.
