Channel with Pipe

The configuration is a long channel with a slow inflow from the left and an inflow at different speeds from an attached pipe. The flow is visualized by using particle tracing. There were three simulations made for the inflow speeds 1, 5 and 20. Each simulation is visualized by particle tracing and colors the inflowing particles from the left in white and the injected particles from the pipe in orange. See also these examples in our album.
