SOFAR is a finite element library developed at the Chair for Scientific Computing at the Technische Universität Dortmund and the Department of Mathematics at the University of Salzburg.
The software is used for research on error estimators and adaptive strategies o.a. as well as for interdisciplinary research projects such as SFB 708.
