The following examples concern channel flows over hills and bumps.
Due to the complex geometries, the flow shows many separations and produces
complex flow patterns, oscillating in space and time. The complexity of the
problem depends on the:
- inflow speed
- viscosity
- size, shape and position of the hills and bumps in the channel
